CHQ Season Stays
Guests are welcome to rent rooms by the week during the Chautauqua season. Each room contains two twin beds and is lightly furnished for a week's stay.
Season Weeks
- The season week runs from 3pm on Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
- Please request only one week per season so that we may accommodate as many guests as possible.
Reservation Dates
- United Methodists and UM House donors: First Monday of October, 9am
- All guests: The following day (Tuesday), 9am
- Call: 716-357-4045
- Reservations are first-come, first-served. If you don't get in, keep calling. (Voicemails do not reserve a spot.)
- If you miss your week, we keep a waiting list!
Payments
- Deposits ($200 per room) are due two weeks after the room is booked.
- Rental balance is due in full April 1.
- Cancellations will be refunded if the room is successfully re-rented.

Retreat Season Reservations (September–May)
Groups are welcome to rent the United Methodist House during the retreat season—from Labor Day through Memorial Day. The house is heated during the winter, and groups have access to all rooms, as well as the Sanctuary and kitchen.
